Feature Instructions / reminders for booking

Ability to add instructions on a booking - directions, reminders, photo, etc.

After the appointment is booked, send these instructions/reminders.

This has been added. Under your "Booked With Me" section where you have your bookings, there is a new area that says instructions. You can add instructions and up to (3) images. These instructions will be sent as soon as the booking is made, and also in the follow-up reminders (emails and SMS text messaging if they opted in).
