Acceptance

By using MeetFast, you agree to these terms. MeetFast is operated by Hipp Consulting Services LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

You may use the service for lawful scheduling and booking. You may not use it to spam, harass, or violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. You are responsible for the content you create and the links you share.

Booking communications and notifications

MeetFast sends booking-related communications needed to operate scheduling workflows, which may include confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, cancellations, and reschedule updates to hosts and guests.

If you enable SMS notifications, you consent to receive booking-related text messages at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop SMS notifications at any time by removing your SMS number, withdrawing consent in Settings, or disabling SMS on individual booking types. SMS delivery timing and availability depend on third-party carriers and Twilio.

Connected account and calendar permissions

If you connect Google or Microsoft, you authorize MeetFast to access the approved account/profile and calendar scopes needed to provide sign-in, availability checks, and booking event sync. You can disconnect either provider at any time in account settings; after disconnect, future sync actions that require that provider will stop.

External sites and embedded use

MeetFast may provide links, public booking pages, or embeddable booking experiences that are displayed on third-party websites or apps. You acknowledge that those third parties control their own environments and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, conduct, uptime, security, or legal compliance.

Host-provided services, offers, and pricing

When you book with a host through MeetFast, the host (not MeetFast) is the merchant/service provider and is solely responsible for the services or products offered, pricing, promotional terms, taxes, cancellation/refund terms, and fulfillment. This remains true even if the booking link appears on the host’s own website (for example, a business site linking into MeetFast for appointments). Any dispute about these matters must be addressed directly with the host.

Your responsibilities as a host

You are responsible for ensuring that information you collect from guests is lawful and appropriate for your use case, and for using MeetFast communications features in compliance with applicable law.

Account

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

Subscriptions and payment

Access to MeetFast’s full features (polls, Book Me, calendar sync) requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices and tax (where applicable) are shown at checkout. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and our billing practices as described here.

Refunds. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees. All sales are final. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again.

Changes

We may change these terms or the service from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
